KIRA Business Group Ltd ("KIRA", "we", "us") is a company based in Kigali, Rwanda, operating the media, tours and travel, business consultation and general trading divisions described on kirabgroup.com. 2.What we collect
When you use our inquiry form or contact us we collect: your name, organization (optional), phone number, email address, the division and service you are interested in, the details of your request, your preferred timeline and contact method, and for travel requests your destination, dates and number of travellers. If we add analytics, we also collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type and pages visited.
3.How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation; to communicate with you about your request; to keep records of our business dealings; to operate, secure and improve the website; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing unless you agree.
4.Basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give by ticking the box on the form and may withdraw at any time), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and legal obligations.
5.Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle inquiries (for example hosting and email providers), with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. These providers may only use your data on our instructions.
6.Transfers outside Rwanda
Our providers may store or process data outside Rwanda. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected as required by Rwandan law.
7.Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for [12] months afterwards unless a longer period is required by law or for an ongoing business relationship, then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Your rights
